How long does the license last? |

The materials are licensed for two years. At the end of that time they must be relicensed for $150 or returned to Satori. |

Can an agency or individual license the materials and not have a certified Facilitator? |

No. Doing that would defeat that purpose of quality assurance. |

Can SAMA be tailored to special groups? |

Yes. Although the instructional delivery system is standardized, the approaches taught in SAMA are easily adapted to almost any individual or population. |

Is SAMA appropriate for any organization? |

No. SAMA is based on the notion that everyone deserves to be treated with respect and dignity. SAMA is for agencies that share that value. |

Does every facilitator in an agency need a set of materials? |
| |
No. Facilitators can share a set of materials, but additional sets may be licensed for $250 per set if desired. |

Will there be discounts for agencies needing large numbers of Facilitators? |
| |
Yes. We will work with agencies needing numerous Facilitators to make sure the training is cost effective. |
