LICENSING AGREEMENT

The undersigned agrees to comply with the following conditions in order to use the Satori Alternatives to Managing Aggression (SAMA) materials consisting of the Facilitator Manual and related videotapes. Failure to meet the conditions of this agreement will result in the license being null and void.

I / we agree to

	Use the materials only as designed.
	Not alter any part of the materials or the instructional delivery without written permission of Satori Learning Designs, Inc.
	Either be or have on staff a certified SAMA Facilitator or SAMA Master Facilitator.
	Reproduce only those sections of the Facilitator Manual (Study Guide, assessment instruments and transparencies) as designated in the instructions in the Manual.
	Use or teach only SAMA for risk management of aggressive behavior instruction.
	Return the Facilitator Manual and related video tapes if the conditions of the license are not met.
	Hold Satori Learning Designs, Inc., its representatives, board members and stock holders blameless for injuries or deaths resulting from the proper or improper use of the SAMA program.
	Pay relicensing fees.
