Facilitator Manual

Facilitators use the SAMA Facilitator Manual to lead participants through exercises and practice sessions that correspond to what is presented on the videotapes. The manual details everything a facilitator needs to know and do to successfully teach SAMA including what to demonstrate and how to demonstrate, what exercises to lead and how to lead them, how to coach performance, what questions to ask, what points to make and emphasize, and how to assess performance. At the end of each session, facilitators use performance check sheets to asses participants' performance prior to moving on to the next training session.
