Assisting Process

SAMA presents an Assisting Process for communicating with people who are at risk of becoming physically aggressive. In addition to the process being presented in the first session, examples of the Assisting Process are included in the videotapes on Protection of Self and Others, Containment, and Object Retrieval. Presenting the process in the context of actual circumstances takes it out of the realm of theory and shows how it would be used on the job.

This Assisting Process is the core of the program and is one of the unique features that sets SAMA apart from other risk management of aggressive behavior training programs.
